Hey, champ! Thanks for checking out Telltale. We are a monthly curated storytelling event for people that like to get vulnerable and take no shit. We are keen on connection, laughter, heartbreak, poignant moments, and community building.

At Telltale, you can expect about 8 performers telling you a story, via a mix of comedy, speeches, music, essays, and more. Your evening will likely include honesty, curse words, enthusiasm, dark humor, connection....and sometimes something unexpected. So please come and remind yourself that the world is bigger than we think it is, and that you’re never alone. We are excited to share stories of folks like you, and not like you, but are always rooted in community, connection, fighting the good fight, and moving forward together.

This month’s theme is “Back Fat and Bad Decisions,” so we will have a stellar lineup of fat performers telling you about the wildest bad decisions they’ve ever made! This event is part of the Fat Joy Summer Celebration Weekend—make sure to check out all their other events too. 

Also, we have no room for any oppressive garbage. Don’t even try, pal.

All Ages

Parking
Curious has free parking the lot behind the theater between MLK and Garfield. There is also ample street parking on Emerson, Sumner, and Garfield.

Food & Drink
The Curious Main Stage offers a full bar and food. The menu can be found here:

The Curious Annex has a small selection of beer, wine, cider and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.

Refund Policy
