Sketch comedy writers and performers Avery Baker and Sabrina Lichtenstein first premiered “Avery & Sabrina are Doing a Sketch Show” at the Dallas Independent Comedy Festival. The show has since made its main stage debut at Dallas Comedy Club and is set to have a limited run at IO in Chicago this July.  Between Sabrina’s extensive improv background and Avery’s theater degree, these co-writers and friends(?) continue to develop their distinct brand of chaos and laughter on stages across these grand United States of America.

Mouth Stuff comes in many forms. This one is long form improv. Might be talking animals. Might be science fiction. One of us will probably die. Only one thing is for sure—these hot, hip, Baltimore improvisers will use our personal (sometimes traumatic) stories to take you on an epic improv journey.

MIDDLE AGE COMEBACK (Chicago/Oklahoma City) is a fast-paced, high-energy, fully improvised one-act starring veteran performers Jimmy Carlson and Craig Uhlir. After a five-year run at iO Chicago, the duo took the show on the road, performing coast-to-coast at venues including UCB New York, OKC Improv, Anchorage, and stages across Michigan and Texas — including Austin. With sharp instincts, decades of shared chemistry, and zero regard for their knees, Jimmy and Craig bring smart, stupid and fearless comedy every time they re-unite for a show.
