Improv Kids Classes at Flying Pig! (Almost) Every Saturday at 1:30pm!
Improv for kids?! Each class we'll focus on different improv skills while continually practicing groupmind, treating each other like hilarious geniuses, and of course saying yes-and to create spontaneous moments of silly. No experience necessary - children wanting to participate will be encouraged to do a short 15 show at the end of each class.

No experience necessary - children wanting to participate will be encouraged to do a short 15 show at the end of each class.
After hosting a couple of free workshops, we handed out some surveys and the results are in - flexibility is important for families. With that, UCA is hosting drop in classes at Flying Pig. We still aim to have a six week improv course for a group of students in the future. What's the difference you wonder?
Drop-In Classes
- Attend any single class without a long-term commitment
- No prior experience required
- Pay per class
- Great for trying it out or flexible schedules
6 Week Classes (Coming in the Spring)
- One consistent group for 6 consecutive weeks
- Builds skills progressively from week to week
- Registration required for the full session
- 45 minute Graduation Show on the 7th week
Details of the Drop-in Classes
- Most Saturdays! - all Saturdays at 1:30pm (except first Saturdays of the month)
- They will run 1 hour - with the last 15 minutes being a simple improv show to perform (only those wanting to participate)
- Parents are free to attend and play along
- If wanting to drop off kids, we just ask you let the instructor know ahead of time (sharla@uca-ict.com)
