We often get up in our heads because we fear things we have no control over. It’s not interesting enough, not funny enough, not good enough, too slow, too fast, too flat and on and on.  How do we get out of fear and into the fearless moment to moment experience of great Improvisation?

In this 2-hour intensive we will use 3 seemingly simple exercises to deeply explore a variety of techniques from the actors tool kit to help us become fearless while doing our improvised:  ‘make em ups’. Advance level Improv is most often quite simple when we break it into bit sized chunks.
