THE SOBER SHOW (Los Angeles) - improv
The Sober Show is a team of sober improvisers (like, in-recovery from drugs and alcohol sober) who deliver fast, raw, and often unhinged improv based on audience stories. They've performed at SF Sketchfest and can be seen monthly at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.

Ephemera is a Musical Improv House Team at the Magnet Theater in New York City, where they perform 18-25 minute narrative musicals on a weekly basis. The team is known for their cohesive narratives, strong characters, theatrical choices, pattern recognition, and well-balanced harmonies. Ephemera is clever, emotional, and hilarious all at the same time.

Playing with a high-energy and character-driven style, Dave Hill and Matt Jones have created shows about everything from a zombie apocalypse to a ninja quest to the recording of a blues legend’s last album. Sometimes inhabiting multiple roles in the same scene, they employ genre and good old-fashioned storytelling in an attempt to create weird, wonderful worlds full of unique characters in every show they perform.  Their co-written, co-directed feature film “The Night Is Young” is available on Peacock, Amazon...and streamers around the world (except China, they said "no thanks!").
