What if self-care was not about escaping stress, but learning a new way to respond to it?
Say “Yes, And!” to self-care! During this 4-week course, you will learn how the basics of improv can help reduce stress, deal with uncertainty, and improve well-being. This course is not about becoming a performer. It is about learning practical ways to reduce stress, build confidence, strengthen communication, and reconnect with playfulness in everyday life.
We are often our own biggest critic. Improv can help you turn down the volume on your inner critic, be confident in your own choices, and adapt to the unexpected. In this course, you will explore simple improv exercises designed to help you be more present, adapt to the unexpected, and treat yourself with the same kindness you so often extend to others.
During this course, it's time for less self-criticism and more self-compassion, one "Yes, And" at a time.
This course is not counseling or therapy, nor does it take the place of those practices.
