Just Say It: Ready to advance your improv past polite, hesitant, tentative play? Learn to quickly find the authentic emotional core of any scene and mine comedy gold from genuine feelings and honest reactions. This workshop will show you how to drop the cliches and the script in your head, and instead tap into your own real beliefs and opinions, confidently express them in character on stage, and emotionally heighten those choices, so you can be funny, sincerely.
About your instructor: Originally from Bangor, Andy Bolduc is a comedian, writer, and actor based in Chicago. He was a member of The Second City mainstage cast from 2022 to 2025, after performing improv and sketch comedy around the country from 2018 to 2021 in Second City's National Touring Company. He co-hosts the podcast Idiotically Speaking with Chris Kattan, makes videos with sketch group, Cigarette Sandwich, and performs live in iO Theater's Armando Diaz Experience as well as with his brother Pat as The Bolduc Bros.
