Omaha Comedy Festival

Sep 24 – Sep 27, 2026

Omaha, Nebraska , US

Improv Stand-up

Omaha Comedy Fest brings established and emerging comedians together for a weekend that’s part showcase, part training ground, part really good time.
Founded in 2013 by Dylan Rohde and powered by an all-volunteer team of passionate comedians, this grassroots festival continues to prove that fun happens here just for fun.

The weekend is packed with nightly shows, panels, and workshops for comedians at every level — and fans who want a look behind the curtain.
Past performers and instructors include: Amber Ruffin (NBC), Beth Stelling (Netflix), Amy Miller, #IMomSoHard, Kevin and Dave (Kids in the Hall), Jay Jurden (Tonight Show, Jon Stewart), Epic Rap Battles of History, 3Peat, Holy Shit Improv, Craig Cackowski, Jill Bernard, Ian Roberts, and many more.  Our standup workshops have inspired Beth Stelling’s Netflix Is a Joke Presents: The Punch Up sessions at UCB and our signature shows Cards of Destiny and Something Old, New, Borrowed, and Blue have inspired shows in communities across the country.

Yes, and…we’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, if you’re interested in supporting comedy and educational opportunities in Omaha, drop us a line.
